We strive to engage based on the specific requirements of our clients (and their clients). Our engagements can be aligned into four models for our clients to select from.

• Named Team: whereby clients retain a specific team of individuals across a pyramid and skill sets for a specified period of time.
• Committed Resources: clients commit to a minimum level of resources for a specified period of time, and have the ability to trade resources from a wider "resource pool" so that changing needs for skills can be met.
• Project Based Team: digitalArbor will manage resources across the duration of a specific project and timeline.
• Staff Augmentation: provide experienced resources to integrate into the clients internal teams.

Each of these engagement teams will be supported with a thin layer of onshore leadership/relationship management. digitalArbor is also able to supply on-shore implementation management resources with extensive experience in the outsourced business model.
